Aleesha has been able to make herself the top female bodybuilder professional during the later half of 2010. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family in 1984. Her father took part in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters played sports like hockey. Aleesha was a sports fan before including basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha's pro card was earned when she was the winner of the NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. In 2014 she also competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. The finish she achieved was 9th for the year 2015. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha improved and eventually be the first professional competitor after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020, the bodybuilder had the best WOS rising-phoenix show in which she finished 4th. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding due to medical reasons.
