Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actress. She is known for portraying Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant in the HBO show Big Love and Francine Hanson in the AMC series Mad Men. Anne Dudek is an American actress who is best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks. Also, she is known for her TV roles, including the role of Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox's House; Danielle Brookson from the USA Network's Covert Affairs and Lura in HBO Drama Big Love. Growing up in Massachusetts Dudek attended Northwestern University where she got her first acting role in the stage show The Iphigenia Cycle. It was staged off Broadway in New York City where she earned the Joseph E. Calloway award for her amazing performance. She was featured as one of the ten young actors in the theatre to be watched in American Theater Magazine. Dudek went on to land parts on television as well as film. Matthew Heller, the talented actress and mother-of-two behind the camera was her husband from the year 2008 until 2016. Dudek is from Boston Massachusetts native born on 23rd March 1975. However, she was raised in Newton. When she was a child, she was a student at Northwestern University. She appeared in many theater performances as well as made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain. Her performance on stage in The Glass Menagerie earned her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. Then she appeared on TV first starring in The Book Group, a British comedy-drama The Book Group. In the meantime, she has guest-starred on several other shows on TV, including Desperate Housewives How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under. In the pilot episode, Lucinda was portrayed by her. In the following episode, in Law & Order Criminal Intent she was a teacher who is involved in a sexual relationship with a child. Dudek was then added to various frequent roles that began with the fourth season as Amber Volakis. Dr. Gregory House is considering an offer to keep her in the medical team. Her character appeared throughout the year, before being killed off during the final episode of the series, Heart and Head. In episode 5 of the season Saviors, House would have the character reappear in the result of a hallucination. The way she was seen for the rest of seasons. Dudek later appeared in Big Love and Mad Men in recurring roles as Alby Grant's antagonistic spouses, Francine Hanson. Dudek was a part of Covert Affairs as Danielle Brooks who is the sibling of the protagonist. Other film roles she has played include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
